I sent it to 'the tech guys' (Dixons' tech support) and they apparently couldn't fix it. Only took 3 months for them to work this out. Up until last friday, everytime I called (many many times) I was told there had been a backlog and/or my camera was being fixed. Then last friday, after making a complaint to Kodak the week before and getting no reply, I called Kodak and a guy told me it was on hold for parts, he 'escalated' the case again and he said he would call me back yesterday but didn't, but instead a camera (my bro says its new) turned up back home this morning, finally! so I get to take it to benicassim with me. Lesson to be learned is never to use 'the tech guys' despite the fact that PC World are currently bumming them and they are also the tech support for Dixons and Curries.
